Dewan Housing Finance Corporation allots 24,433 equity shares

Under ESAR

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation has allotted 24,433 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each under ESAR (Employee Stock Appreciation Rights). Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has increased to Rs 313.82 crore dividend into 31,38,23,024 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
