Net profit of Dhanalaxmi Cotex reported to Rs 0.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against net loss of Rs 0.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 49.59% to Rs 5.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 11.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit rose 488.00% to Rs 1.47 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 0.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 45.06% to Rs 45.62 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 31.45 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
