Dr Lal Pathlabs announces acquisition of two pathology labs

Dr Lal Pathlabs announced that the Board of its wholly owned subsidiary, PathLabs Unifiers in its meeting held on 03 February 2020 has approved signing a binding term sheet for acquisition of following proprietorship concerns, namely:
1) M/s Shree Computerised Pathology Laboratory
2) M/s Modern Diagnostics & Modern Lab.
