The Board of Directors of EID Parry (India) have fixed 26 May 2017 as the Record Date for scheme of amalgamation. In accordance with Clause 11.1 of the Scheme, all shareholders whose names appear in the register of members of Parrys Sugar Industries as on the Record Date, i.e. 26 May 2017 will be allotted 2 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each fully paid up in EID Parry (India) for every 13 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid-up held by them in the capital of the Parrys Sugar Industries. All the Equity Shares which EID Parry (India) holds in Parrys Sugar Industries shall stand cancelled.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
