Elder Health Care announces resignation of director
With effect from 25 March 2015
Elder Health Care announced that Dr. J. S. Juneja who is an Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors as well as from the Member Audit Committee from 25 March 2015.Dr. J. S. Juneja's resignation will be place on the Board Meeting held on 13 May 2015 whereat the Board had accepted his resignation.
