Electrosteel Castings announced that India Ratings and Research Private has, vide its letter dated 13 May 2021, upgraded the Company's Long-Term Issuer Rating to 'IND A' from 'IND A-' while maintaining it on Rating Watch Positive ('RWP'). The instrument-wise rating actions are as follows:
Long term loan - IND A/RWP
Fund-based working capital limits - IND A/RWP/IND A1
Non-fund-based working capital limits - IND A1/RWP
Proposed fund based working capital limits - IND A/RWP/ IND A1/RWP
Proposed non-fund based working capital limits - IND A1/RWP
