Esab India has announced a voluntary separation scheme for all permanent workmen and permanent graded staff, who are on the rolls of the Company at the Company's Khardah & Taratala plants at Kolkata. The Board of directors have accorded their approval to the said scheme on 12 June 2015. The scheme would be effective from 15 June 2015.The Scheme envisages a total financial outgo of about Rs. 6 crore.
