Essar Shipping allots equity shares

Essar Shipping announced that on 16 March 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 1748304 shares of Rs. 10/- each on exercise of 17,48,304 stock options under Essar Shipping Employee Stock Options Scheme -2011 to its employees covered under the scheme.
