Falcon Tyres announced the details of change in the Company's Statutory Auditors given below:1. Erstwhile Statutory Auditors of the Company - M/s. K. N. Gutgutia & Co., Chartered Accountants, Kolkata has resigned as the Company's Statutory Auditors w.e.f. 19 February 2014 and consequently they ceased to be the Company's Statutory Auditors.
2. In order to fill in the vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. K. N. Gutgutia & Co., as the Company's Statutory Auditors, pursuant to Section 139(8) of the Companies Act, 2013, M/s. Gora & Co., Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of M/s. K. N. Gutgutia & Co., Chartered Accountants, Kolkata by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 14 May 2014 to audit the accounts of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2014 and to hold office of the Auditors of the Company until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. Such appointment has been approved by the Members of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 16 August 2014 at Mysore.
