On conversion of warrants
Fedders Lloyd Corporation has allotted 11,40,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on conversion of warrants. Subsequent to the allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to 3,39,69,700 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
