Fortune Financial Services (India) announced that National Company Law Tribunal has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Napean Finvest (demerged company) and Fortune Credit Capital , (resulting company) a wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company and their respective creditors and shareholders on 12 July 2018.
