Fusion Microfinance Pvt to hold board meeting

Fusion Microfinance Pvt will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 May 2016 to raise debt funds upto Rs. 181 crores through rated, listed, secured, redeemable, transferable, taxable Non-Convertible debentures on private placement basis to the Foreign investors.
