Future Market Networks announced about the following:1. Completion of Sale of investments in River Bank Project, Kolkata by the Company
In continuation to the earlier intimation made by the Company to the Stock exchanges and approval obtained by the Company from its Shareholders by way of Postal Ballot, the Company further intimate that the transaction of Sale of Investments held by the Company in River Bank Project, Calcutta is completed. The Company has received the entire sale consideration as agreed between the parties in this regard.
2. Adoption of Code in terms of SEBI (Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015
The Company has adopted Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders in terms of SEBI (Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
