Future Market Networks to convene board meeting

Future Market Networks will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 18 December 2017, to consider issue of equity shares of the Company to one or more persons by way of a preferential issue in relation to acquisition of shares in the subsidiary company (wherein the Company holds 60% of equity capital as on date), subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
