Future Supply Chain Solutions update on scheme of arrangement

Future Supply Chain Solutions announced that pursuant to the provisions of the Scheme of and other transaction documents executed in relation thereto, Reliance Retail Ventures (RRVL) has in exercise of the right provided thereunder, extended the timeline for Long Stop Date from 31 March 2022 to 30 September 2022.
