Board of White Organic Retail approves bonus issue of 2:1

At meeting held on 28 February 2022

The Board of White Organic Retail at its meeting held on 28 February 2022 has approved the issue of bonus equity shares in ratio of 2:1 (two bonus equity shares of Rs 10 each for every 1 equity share of Rs 10 each held by the shareholders). The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 10 crore to Rs 33 crore.
