Ganesha Ecosphere announces delisting of shares from UP Stock Exchange

With effect from 07 August 2014

Ganesha Ecosphere announced that the Equity Shares of the Company have been voluntarily delisted from the U.P. Stock Exchange, Kanpur, w.e.f. 07 August 2014.

Further, the Equity Shares of the Company would be tradable and continue to remain listed at the BSE, Mumbai having nationwide trading terminals, for facilitating liquidity to the, Shareholders.
