The Capital Raising Committee Meeting of Ganesha Ecosphere at its meeting on 02 May 2018 in connection with the Qualified Institutions Placement ('QIP') has, inter alia passed the following resolutions:a. Authorizing the opening of the QIP on 02 May 2018;
b. Approving the preliminary placement document dated 02 May 2018 in connection with the QIP, (the 'Preliminary Placement Document'); and
c. Approval of the floor price for the QIP.
