Geometric announced that Maria Monserrate, Company Secretary, is no longer in services of the Company w.e.f. 01 September 2014.Also Pursuant to clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement, Neeraj Dutt, Chief Financial Officer, will act as the Compliance Officer of the Company until a new Company Secretary is appointed as required under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
