Gillette India announces change in directorate

Gillette India announced that Gagan Sawhney, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer has tendered his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective close of business hours of 31 July 2021.

The Board of the company at its meeting held today approved re-designation of Sawhney as a Non-executive Director of the Company effective 01 August 2021.
