Gini Silk Mills standalone net profit declines 63.80% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 16.23% to Rs 11.03 crore

Net profit of Gini Silk Mills declined 63.80% to Rs 0.59 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 16.23% to Rs 11.03 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 9.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 25.93% to Rs 1.80 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2.43 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 1.57% to Rs 40.75 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 40.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
