Godrej Industries announced that the Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, has approved the allotment of 57,178 equity shares of face value of Re 1 each under Godrej Industries Limited - Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (ESGS 2011).
