Godrej Properties allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Godrej Properties announced that pursuant to the provisions of the Godrej Properties Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (the GPL ESGS), the option grantees have exercised 101,815 stock grants equivalent to 101,815 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each of the Company (the Equity Shares) during the exercise period starting from 01 June 2016 to 30 June 2016.

Accordingly, the duly authorised Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on 04 July 2016, allotted 101,815 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- per Equity Share to the option grantees in terms of the GPL ESGS.

Consequently, with effect from 04 July 2016, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,08,18,10,905/- consisting of 21,63,62,181 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.

Further note that 5,426 stock options under GPL ESGS were not exercised by an employee during the above exercised period and accordingly have lapsed.
