Godrej Properties reports standalone net loss of Rs 3.51 crore in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 18.21% to Rs 84.90 crore

Net Loss of Godrej Properties reported to Rs 3.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net loss of Rs 2.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 18.21% to Rs 84.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 71.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 446.88% to Rs 124.25 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 22.72 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 22.17% to Rs 457.14 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 374.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
