Gokak Textiles allots 3.50 crore Preference Shares to Shapoorji Pallonji

Gokak Textiles has allotted 3.50 crore Non-cumulative, Non-convertible, Non-participating, Redeemable Preferences Shares of face value Rs. 10 each on private placement basis to the promoters, Shapoorji Pallonji and Company.In view of the above issue and allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 1,46,49, 93,080 to Rs. 1,81,49, 93,080 comprising of 64, 99,308 equity shares of Rs. 10 each and 17,50,00,000 Non-cumulative, Non-convertible, Non-participating, Redeemable Preferences Shares of Rs. 10 each.
