Goldiam International divests its entire stake in JV Sunshine Exports HK

Goldiam International has divested its entire shareholding in Sunshine Exports HK (SEHK) (Formerly known as Goldiam HK), a joint venture of the Company, in favour of Messrs Sunshine Corporation on 30 March 2021. Consequent to the above, Sunshine Exports HK has ceased to be the Company's joint venture company.
