Grasim Industries allots equity shares

Of Rs 10 each

Grasim Industries announced its committee of directors have allotted 4,307 equity shares of Rs 10 each upon exercise of stock options under the company's employee stock option scheme, 2006. Post allotment, the equity share capital of the company has increased to 9,18,24,999 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 91,82,49,990 million.
