Grasim Industries receives NCLT approval for scheme of arrangement

Grasim Industries announced that the National Company Law Tribunal, Indore Bench at Ahmedabad (NCLT Indore) has on 2 September 2021 pronounced the order sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement between Grasim Industries (Transferor Company) and Indorama India Private (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors (Scheme).
