Gravita India standalone net profit declines 78.78% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 32.00% to Rs 74.41 crore

Net profit of Gravita India declined 78.78% to Rs 1.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 8.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 32.00% to Rs 74.41 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 109.42 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 65.68% to Rs 5.11 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 14.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 0.84% to Rs 321.89 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 324.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
