Great Eastern Shipping Company consolidated net profit rises 104.92% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 10.40% to Rs 876.22 crore

Net profit of Great Eastern Shipping Company rose 104.92% to Rs 136.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 66.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 10.40% to Rs 876.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 793.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 30.37% to Rs 748.24 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 573.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 11.77% to Rs 3407.97 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 3049.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
