Greenply Industries has entered into an agreement, inter alia, for investment of Rs.3.25 crore (i.e. 30%) in the equity share capital of Panchjanya Ply & Boards, (a company incorporated for setting-up manufacturing unit of Doors and Film Face Plywood and allied products at Bareilly, U.P.)
