Gujarat Craft Industries to hold board meeting

Gujarat Craft Industries has announced that the board meeting of the company will be held on 28 April 2014, for the conversion of 7,80,000 equity warrants into equity s of Rs 10 each @ premium of Rs 17 per equity share to promoters and promoters group on preferential basis.
