For term loan of Rs 100 crore sanctioned by Aditya Birla Finance to Inox Wind Infrastructure Services

Gujarat Fluorochemicals has issued a Corporate Guarantee to Aditya Birla Finance (ABFL) for the Term Loan of Rs 100 crore sanctioned by the ABFL to Inox Wind Infrastructure Services (IWISL) (Step-down Subsidiary of the Company) out of which IWISL proposes to utilize Rs.50 crore presently.
