Gulf Oil Lubricants India has allotted 10,722 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up to the grantees on the exercise of the options granted to them pursuant to the Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited- Employee Stock Option Scheme- 2015.With this allotment, the issue and paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs 9.92 crore consisting of 4,93,33,790 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
