Hatsun Agro Product has fixed 14 July 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of Issue of Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 2 (two) new Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each for every 5 (five) eligible existing equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
