HDFC Life Insurance Company allots NCDs aggregating Rs 350 crore

On private placement basis

HDFC Life Insurance Company has allotted 3500 unsecured, rated, listed, subordinated, redeemable, fully paid-up, non-convertible debentures, each having a face value of Rs 10,00,000 lakh for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 350 crore for cash, at par, in dematerialised form, on private placement basis on 22 June 2022.
