Hero MotoCorp net profit declines 4.86% in the March 2013 quarter

Hero MotoCorp net profit declined 4.86% to Rs 574.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 603.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 1.84% to Rs 6072.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 5962.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 10.93% to Rs 2118.16 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 2378.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 0.92% to Rs 23582.74 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 23368.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
