Hester Biosciences appoints Sahil Shah as CFO

Hester Biosciences on Wednesday said it has appointed Sahil Shah as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 1 March 2020.

Meanwhile, the company has set-up a business development division to focus on market research, to see the needs of the market and develop strategies towards achieving sustainable sales growth. The division would support the sales and marketing divisions with well-defined qualitative and quantitative objectives.

Dr. Rahul Srivastava has been appointed as the Vice President of Business Development, at Hester Biosciences.

The pharmaceutical company fell 1.04% to Rs 1,385. The scrip hovered in the range of Rs 1,385 to Rs 1,400 so far.

Hester Biosciences' consolidated net profit dropped 10% to Rs 11.52 crore on a 10.8% jump in net sales to Rs 50.69 crore in Q3 December 2019 over Q3 December 2018.

Hester Biosciences is engaged in manufacturing of poultry vaccines and large animal vaccines, and trading of poultry health products and large animal health products. Its segments include poultry division and large animal division.
