Hindustan Foods extends manufacturing & supply agreement with Pepsico India Holdings

Hindustan Foods announced that with reference to the earlier letter dated 24 September 2014, informing about manufacturing and supply agreement entered by the Company with Pepsico India Holdings to manufacture Kurkure extruded products or any other products, as may be mutually agreed, under the trademark of 'Pepsico' at the Company's manufacturing facility located at Usgaon, Ponda, Goa, has been extended now, and hence the Company will continue to produce Kurkure extruded products up to 31 July 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
