HPL Electric & Power standalone net profit rises 1533.33% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 60.92% to Rs 305.29 crore

Net profit of HPL Electric & Power rose 1533.33% to Rs 12.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 0.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 60.92% to Rs 305.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 189.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 52.42% to Rs 7.95 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 16.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 8.11% to Rs 850.20 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 925.22 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
