HSIL standalone net profit declines 22.24% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 8.07% to Rs 640.54 crore

Net profit of HSIL declined 22.24% to Rs 23.91 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 30.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 8.07% to Rs 640.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 592.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 27.44% to Rs 74.75 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 103.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 10.10% to Rs 2284.51 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 2074.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
