IDBI Bank update on proposed issue of Tier 2 bonds aggregating Rs 1500 cr

IDBI Bank has decided to issue Basel III Compliant Tier 2 Bonds for aggregate total issue size of Rs. 1500 crore, with a base size of Rs. 500 crore and a green shoe option to retain oversubscription up to Rs. 1000 crore. The Bank has now invited bids for the above issuance on Electronic Bidding Platform (EBP) of BSE Bond and bidding window shall remain open on 31 January 2020 between 10.15 a.m. to 11.15 a.m.
