IFB Agro Industries appoints director

At board meeting held on 23 September 2015

IFB Agro Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 September 2015, has inducted Indranil Goho as an Additional Director to hold office upto next Annual General Meeting.

Goho who has been working with the Company as Chief Operating Officer. He has been appointed as Joint Managing Director of the Company.
