IFCI announces partial disinvestment of its stake in NSE

IFCI announced that the Company has made partial disinvestment to the extent of 1.5% of its stake in NSE i.e. 6,75,000 (Six Lakh Seventy Five Thousand) equity shares, to certain buyer, at price of Rs. 3900/-per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 263.25 crore on 15 September 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
