IIFL Finance to seek RBI approval for undertaking PPI activities and issue of credit cards

The Board of IIFL Finance at its meeting held on 28 April 2022 has approved making an application to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for obtaining approval in connection with Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPI) for undertaking PPI activities. The Board also approved seeking approval of the RBI for issue of credit cards.
