With effect from 23 April 2018

Indbank Merchant Banking Services announced that Deepthi S S, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has been relieved from the services of the company with effect from 23 April 2018.

K S Sujay, Chief Financial Officer has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company till the appointment of a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in place of Deepthi S S.
