Natural gas production down 4.3% in April-July 2015
India's natural gas production declined 4.4% to 2.621 billion cubic meters (bcm) in July 2015 over a year ago. Natural gas output of ONGC fell 5.5% to 1.686 bcm, while that of private and JV companies fell 1.6% to 0.702 bcm. Meanwhile, the natural gas production of Oil India declined 3.8% to 0.232 bcm in July 2015.Natural gas output declined 4.3% to 10.864 bcm in April-July 2015 over April-July 2014.
