Indiabulls Power allots equity shares

On preferential basis

Indiabulls Power announced that on 30 September 2014, the Company has issued and allotted, an aggregate 31,00,00,000 (Thirty One Crore) Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each, issued on preferential basis to a promoter group entity.

Consequent to the said issuance and allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 2642,93,33,530/- divided into 264,29,33,353 Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 2952,93,33,350/- divided into 295,29,33,353 Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.
