Indiabulls Real Estate allots 8.55 cr equity shares under QIP issue

Indiabulls Real Estate has allotted 8,55,59,435 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs 101.10 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 99.10 per equity share), aggregating to Rs 865 crore, pursuant to the qualified institutions placement issue.

Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased to Rs 1,08,33,50,662 consisting of 54,16,75,331 equity shares.
