Indian Acrylics announces change in directorate
With effect from 28 May 2015
Indian Acrylics announced that PSIDC has nominated S. K. Singla, Deputy General Manager as a Director in place of A. K. Mahajan and they have also withdrawn the nomination of Yogesh Kumar Goel, Managing Director as a Director and Chairman vide their letter dated 28 May 2015, in compliance with the various provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Agreement.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
